Painting hallway and 3 other rooms
Adrian and family were fantastic. They were very punctual, great at communicating, friendly, and cleaned the place each day. The paint job itself was excellent and our house looks much fresher now. Not the cheapest compared to others, but worth it for the quality and professionalism. Would highly recommend and will use again for other rooms.

Redecoration of three rooms and a hallway
I would highly recommend Adrian and his team. They redecorated my two bedroom flat in 3.5 days and they worked quickly and thoroughly. They are friendly and happy to discuss different ideas for styles and colours. I have a very young baby and I was concerned that it might be difficult for the decorations to be carried out as we were obviously in the flat while it was completely redecorated, however Adrian and his team were sensitive to the situation and carried out their work with minimum disruption. The painting was all done to high quality. I will definitely hire Adrian and co again for any future decorating work.

Adrian along with his dad and brother did a fantastic job of painting a large hallway and front room. Right from the beginning and all the way through to the end, they were a dream team. They dealt with changes I made effortlessly and with good humour. I highly recommend them if you want someone to deliver a professional result very quickly without taking any shortcuts. Plaster Crack repairs & Painting Work
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Job was painting most of 2 bed flat as we want to put it on the market. The flat is quite old with a lot of imperfections and cracks - they have gone over and above what I expected- really happy - the skirting boards and walls have never looked this good. All hassle free - I think my other half is going to miss their company now. Really lovely family and will certainly be using their services in the future. Thanks again!!

My husband and I just bought a flat in Cockfosters that needed a lot of work done. All the walls needed to be repainted, the kitchen skirting needed to be done,we needed to remove a serving hatch and get the wall plastered and there were minor cracks in certain areas of the flat. The stressful part was we needed all this done in 5 days as we were moving in the following week. Luckily we found Adrian Painting and Decorating Services through this website and my husband and I were so grateful! Adrian and his father, George are amazing. They are professional, trustworthy, polite and hard working. George has a lot of knowledge and can think outside the box to fix any problem. Every morning Adrian, his brother and his father came to the flat and worked all day until evening to get the project done. They are quick but thorough. If we had any issues or concerns they would happily listen to us and make any adjustments. They are quick at responding to our messages, which is always a plus when you are working full time and can't see the flat until the evening when they have already left. I would highly recommend this family, they are wonderful people with great skills. I would definitely use them again in the future for any other projects.

We had an excellent experience with both Adrian and his colleagues. The brief was to paint a large bedroom including currently unpainted wooden fireplace, skirting boards (and fit skirting boards) and doorframe. We were a little apprehensive regarding the fireplace and how it would turn out but we are extremely happy with the results. The whole team were very friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, very responsive via text and incredibly efficient in their work, completing on time and absolutely to the standards we had envisaged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian and his team.

Painting house next weekend/week plus minor add-ons
FANTASTIC WORKMANSHIP & VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE to work with Adrian, his brother & father! The job was to prepare, repair & paint all walls & doors in a 4 bedroom house plus silicon replacement in bathrooms. Adrian responded quickly to my advert & committed to a survey prior to quoting; they arrived on time & were very practical during the survey, advising of any potential issues but more importantly listened to what we needed from them. We received the quote the same eve and were able to modify the scope to reduce the cost. Adrian was always highly professional, polite and ALWAYS available to help. We communicated via email for the quote & price negotiation and via text for super useful advice on colours, type of paint and litres to buy (we bought the paint as we were selecting the colour). Responses were received within minutes! Everything was high speed: survey on Friday, colour selection on Saturday, start of the works on Sunday 8am! The team delayed (on agreement!) another job by 1 day to squeeze us in & complete the works within the 3 day timeframe by Tuesday night. They were always on time, ready to start work and very friendly & nice people to have around! They keep the areas tidy & clean and take pride in their QUALITY WORK. Its a bit nerve-racking to engage tradesmen you don't know but they were super good & we are absolutely (!) delighted having selected them and most importantly with the end result! We will happily use them again & recommend them highly!

Originally I asked Adrian to quote for painting hallway and stairs, but then decided I needed skirting boards replaced in 2 rooms first. He amended the quote no problem and started the job really quickly. The team completed the job well, in the time they said they would (1 day!) and for a good price. Tidied up well too. They were all very professional and helpful and were happy to give us loads of pointers in the rest of our DIY! Would definitely call Adrian again for anything in the future.

Adrian, his brother and father George came to visit our new flat in late March, at which point we had until end of April before we had to move out of old flat. We were initially just looking for floor fitters but they also offered to remove the (very old) wallpaper, replaster the walls, repaint them, and then fit new flooring. This seemed at a competitive price compared to other quotes, and the family team are very friendly, so we were happy to hire them. Work progressed very quickly, and even when we had to find a different style of wood flooring due to our first choice being oos, Adrian and team worked very quickly to complete the job. Overall, a great job and a pleasure to work with.

Adrian and the team were extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They are very friendly, thoughtful and make you feel it at ease. They offered a competitive quotation and were able to view the property around my schedule. Once started, they worked 9 days straight to completely gut and refurbish my 2 bedroom flat including painting, skirting boards, laying expensive engineered wood as well as some cosmetic touch ups to the bathroom and kitchen. I am extremely impressed by the quality of the job and how they have managed to exceed our expectations. They have a "can do" attitude which is refreshing in this industry. Adrian and his family are extremely flexible and respond immediately to texts or calls. They provide quality updates and really go the extra mile to ensure they meet the necessary requirements. 10/10 for performance with this job.

Overall good job. Few small issues like our chromecast was broken, some paint smudges on handles of doors etc...but the team is very polite and friendly and come on time and work effectively. For the price we paid i still think we got value for money.

Painted our entire flat. Excellent job done at a competitive price. Gave us good advice and even did two trips to the paint shop as we couldn't decide on colours - they even painted the testers on the wall for us. Always on time and communication throughout was excellent. Accommodated our needs and happily even fixed a few cupboards while they were there. Didn't charge extra for taking down our shelves either which was very kind. Left the place tidy. Also really nice guys who were a pleasure to have around. Interior 3bed house whole painted
I asked Adrian and his team to paint the whole of the inside of my 3 bedroom detached house in Cockfosters, EN4. This included the walls; ceilings; door frames; radiators and skirting. Adrian and his team arrived at 7am every day and carried on working till I arrived from work at 5.30/6pm. They were very careful in taking down curtains; tracks; poles; shelves; and once finished put everything back to how it was. They are a very professional and courteous team, with a solid hard-work ethic. I am also giving them another investment property to paint and decorate too.

Adrian and co provided us with an affordable quote for work that involved sanding, filling and repainting the woodwork on the exterior of my home (sash windows, french windows, front door, etc), as well as fixing and painting a new garden gate. We had a very big job after doing lots of building work- a whole house with 4 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and exterior wall to paint. They worked around our busy schedule and our builders. They worked some evenings and on weekends to make sure the job was done on time. Very very pleased with Adrian, his dad and brother. I hired them to relay laminate flooring, paint the apartment, and grout around the bath tub, and replace the fan extractor in the bathroom. Everything was done perfectly. They are courteous, helpful, and very good with replying promptly. They are on time, and keep to their promise - even worked over the weekend in order to meet the deadline. 10 out of 10. I will definitely hire them again
